Brian West MD Plastic Surgeon would go on to receive his doctorate of medicine from the University of California at Irvine. Brian West MD Plastic Surgeon received his surgical training at a number of the top medical institutions in the U.S. including Harbor-UCLA, the University of Kansas Medical Center, the Burnett Burn Center of Kansas City, the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, and the Shriner’s Hospital for Crippled Children-Los Angeles.
